Kentucky Chapter 2023 Industry Support Letter

The Executive Council of the Kentucky Chapter of the American College of Surgeons is thrilled to again host our annual in-person meeting on Friday, September 8th, 2023 at The Brown Hotel in downtown Louisville from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm. A cocktail party will follow from 4 until 6 pm. This beautiful historic hotel and meeting space is a favorite for the Kentucky Chapter Meeting. Surgeons will benefit from CME credit, a keynote speech from our current American College of Surgeons Vice President, Dr. Mary Fallat, MD, FACS, lunch, happy hour, as well as lectures on other hot topics including Surgeon Advocacy and updates about Quality and Trauma programs. We will again host our resident paper competition, as well as a “Difficult Cases” presentation for various surgical sub-specialties occurring throughout the afternoon. We would like to invite you to participate in the Kentucky Chapter of the ACS through commercial promotion of the meeting. The fee for commercial promotion is $1,000. We will encourage breaks throughout the meeting so that surgeons will have the opportunity to network with other ACS members, trainees and commercial promotion participants. Talks for CME credit will occur in the morning, followed by lunch, our annual business meeting, and our resident paper and trivia competitions.
